Description
This sunflower is actually not one flower, but rather a giant flower with hundreds and even thousands of tiny little flowers/florets that each develop into a seed. Look closely and you will see new sunflower seeds being formed surrounded by florets in the process of forming sunflower seeds to the outer ring of florets dropping pollen. The Pollen Shower Sunflower stands tall and proud amidst the lush greenery of the Shanghai Botanic Gardens. Its fiery petals, tinged with hints of orange and amber, radiate warmth and energy, reminiscent of Van Gogh's vibrant brushstrokes. The contrast against the deep emerald leaves creates a sense of vibrancy and life, capturing the essence of a lovely overcast autumn day.
